Returns & Refunds Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund you must return the product within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact us via telephone or email to arrange return. SCL Exhausts will not be liable for any delivery costs for goods sent back.
The product must be returned in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the event that;
a) the product has been used
b) SCL Exhausts are unable to refund the following: used items, cut/adapted items, items damaged in transit, the original delivery charge, special items made to order. If goods are not returned to us in the same condition as sent out, the returned items may be subject to a charge at SCL Exhausts discretion. This charge will reflect any damage or repair needed to the item and could be set at an amount up to and including the full original cost of the item.
c) the product has been manufactured to individual requirements and/or on a special-order basis.
d) the product has been sold/passed on to a third party.
