8″ Bellows (204mm I/D x 355mm Long)

The 8 inch (204mm I/D) stainless steel exhaust bellows is the largest bore offering in the SCL bellows range, providing a very large bore flexible exhaust connection for the most demanding industrial applications. At 355mm overall length with 2-ply convoluted stainless steel construction, this bellows is designed for very high-output stationary and mobile industrial plant — including large primary crushing and screening equipment, very large industrial generator installations, marine industrial engines and custom heavy plant exhaust systems where an 8 inch bore flexible connection is required. The extended 355mm length is appropriate to the scale of these installations, where pipe runs are longer and deflection forces considerably greater than in smaller bore applications.

The 2-ply construction handles the exceptional axial, lateral and angular loads associated with very large industrial diesel and gas engines, while the stainless steel material provides the corrosion resistance and temperature performance needed for long-term industrial service. Weld-on ends for integration into custom-fabricated exhaust systems.
