At SCL Exhausts we supply a comprehensive range of 2-ply stainless steel exhaust bellows in bore sizes from 51mm (2 inch) to 204mm (8 inch), covering the full spectrum of industrial plant and generator exhaust applications throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Exhaust bellows — also known as expansion bellows or convoluted flex joints — use a multi-ply corrugated construction to accommodate axial, lateral and angular movement simultaneously, making them the preferred choice for exhaust systems subject to complex multi-directional movement and thermal expansion. Our 2-ply construction offers superior flexibility and fatigue resistance compared to single-ply bellows, and significantly greater multi-directional capacity than standard braided flexi joints.

Our bellows are widely used in crushing and screening plant, generator exhaust systems, agricultural and construction machinery, large forklifts and industrial fixed plant across the UK and Ireland. All bellows are manufactured in stainless steel for outstanding corrosion resistance and are held in stock for prompt dispatch from our Dungannon factory.
