The 102mm I/D x 305mm (4in x 12in) braided flexi joint is the longest standard offering in the 4 inch bore range, providing maximum flexibility and vibration isolation for demanding industrial exhaust applications. At 305mm (12 inches) in length, this joint is specified where the exhaust system must accommodate significant engine movement, angular deflection or long vibration paths — applications including large fixed and mobile generator installations, heavy crushing and screening plant, and custom industrial exhaust systems where a longer flexible section is engineered into the design.

The extended body reduces the load on pipe connections at both ends of the joint, helping to prevent exhaust leaks, cracking and premature failure in high-cycle industrial environments.
