This 3.5 inch (89.4mm I/D) stainless steel exhaust bellows features a 203mm overall length and 2-ply convoluted construction for heavy-duty industrial exhaust applications in the 3.5 inch bore range. The 89.4mm internal diameter bridges the gap between the standard 3 inch and 4 inch bore sizes, catering for high-output diesel engines where the exhaust outlet falls in this intermediate specification. The 2-ply bellows construction provides a higher degree of multi-directional flexibility compared to standard braided flexi joints, accommodating axial, lateral and angular movement simultaneously — important in large plant machinery where exhaust system loads are significant and complex.
